I would absolutely 100% buy another vehicle from this dealer and recommend them to any of my friends, family members or children. I bought a great truck in fantastic condition, for a great price. I was not "sold" this vehicle in the industry sense, there was no pitch or tactics, just any and all questions answered And a test drive. The vehicle sold itself as the owner/operator put it. They have also been good with helping during the licence plate delays that Washington is facing right now.

Just got my new car from them amazing service! They not only worked to get me the best deal with financing they were fast and efficient! They even gave my little boy some new toys that he absolutely loves! Thanks again!

I had an overall good experience.  Had to wait a little for service but once i got helped the test drive experience was no hassle.  They took my id and insurance info and let me go alone for my drive.  so that was good.  The vehicle i saw had a different price from the online advertisement and the purchase was at the lower price.  The taxes were a bit high but thats to be expected in the Lynnwood municipality.  the title fees are based on where you live though so these guys adjusted for my address and the cost went down slighlty.  I probably should have negotiated for a lower price based on the mileage of the car i chose but it was in such great condition i decided the price was fair to a good value still.  the check engine light did come on a few days later and i suspect it was probably cleared to get the car sold but the issue is minor and something i can fix myself.  i dont know why car dealers dont bother to fix underlaying issues and keep customers happy to earn reapeat business and referalls so i was a little unhappy finding out about the light.  but again luckily the issue was minor, just dont know why the dealer didnt resolve it.  i guess they want to keep repair overhead to a minimum but repair cost are easily absorbable by repeat business and referralls.  overall im happy with the car i got and would probably buy from here again.  from what i noticed this seemed like a quality used auto dealer and the vehicles vary in good selections and the purchase process was good. This is a solid lot. Im happy with my puchase for my sons first car.

Got a car from here recently, ran into a couple issues but they were amazing at fixing it immediately. Wilbur is awesome and if you are looking for a car definitely check them out and ask for Wilbur! He will take care of you.

I would give a zero score if I was allowed. Really should change their name. It ignores they are friendly, which they were not for me. I implied about a vehicle, they ignored me for a about 4 days. Finally responded, they gave me 2 different answers. One gentleman was extremely rude and brash. All my point is, be careful. We don't have to support a business that cannot get things right, or be at least nice. I never was rude, or anything of the sort. I personally would drive to another state before coming back. We don't need places like this around. The World is dark enough.
