Brian was really nice and patient while I looked at and test drove a couple of different models (and it was so hot out that day!) Even though I brought my partner, he never ignored me to focus on the guy, which I’ve definitely had happen at dealerships before. Brian also made sure I was really happy with my car and understood the technology and the terms. Miriam was very kind and helpful with the finance paperwork too! I was also really impressed that Brian called the next day to see if I had any questions and if everything was good. I’m new to Subaru and this was a very warm and welcoming experience!

I’ve have experienced top tier customer service at Subaru Portland since I bought my Outback 3 years ago this month.
They meticulously put her back together after I was rear ended in December.

I had an appointment @ 9:00 and worked with Brian whom I spoke with the day before. It was a great experience @ Subaru of Portland with Brian lol especially talking about our nerd stuff. It really made it a relaxing experience as at 51 this was my first new car. I’ve always bought used. I’d definitely recommend Subaru of Portland to anyone.

Robert Hills, our salesman,  in specific was an incredible guidance throughout the entire process. We were also helped by Jared Remily, who was our financial consultant, and was just as helpful. I never felt that we were being pushed or haggled into unreasonable prices or unnecessary additional costs. Overall, a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish.
