I wanted to wait to write a review until I have had the car for a while. I bought a 2009 Hyundai Azera from Auto Connections back in December 2024. It has been a great car! I have really used it like a work horse, and it has been super reliable. All that to say, they sold me a great car, and I would highly recommend this dealer. What a great experience! My Son left with the car of his dreams. From the sales staff to the office staff, they were all helpful and did not pressure the sale.  They were accommodating with giving us time to get to our bank for the financing by staying after hours to wait for us.  Ray was very polite and explained everything to make our purchase seemless. I bought a used Mercedes C250 from Auto Connections about a month ago, and I am very happy with the experience and the purchase.

Nick stands by his cars and makes sure they are in the best condition possible. Upon initial viewing of the car we did notice a small leak, which he said he would take care of it immediately and he wouldn’t let us take the car in that condition even if we wanted to.

I came back the following week from San Diego to pick up the car and Ray Made the process as straightforward as possible. Brisa was very communicative and handled any questions or issues I had throughout the process quickly.

About 20 days after the purchase the starter on the car went out, which is somewhat expected for a car with 100k miles on it, but it was slightly disappointing in the moment. I called auto connections and they offered to replace the starter for free if I brought it back. Because it was too far, I declined and said that I would do it but appreciated the offer. They then sent me a check to cover the cost of the starter of their own accord.

They have demonstrated to me that they care about their clients car buying experience as a whole and stand by their vehicles, even after the paperwork is signed. I will check with them first when I am ready to buy another used car even though they are by no means close to me.
