Description Nest 3rd Generation Pro is a learning programmable thermostat, which utilizes smart technology to suit your temperature preferences perfectly. The device can be controlled from a distance with your smartphone or tablet, so that your home can reach the desired temperature by the time you’re back. If your home is getting too hold or too cold, Nest will send you an alert, so that you can check the heating or the air conditioner for damage. Device installation is easy enough to be done in under 30 minutes. This Nest thermostat unit comes in stainless steel. For sale we have a Nest PRO.  It was used in our office for about 6 months.  Just did overhaul and changed to different unit.  Works great, NO ISSUES.  Have the paperwork. screws or screwdriver that came with it are not there but you can use any screw that will hold the plate in place.   YouTube video for install, which takes a few minutes.  Other then that all if perfect.  No visible wear and was really never used due to timer setting, so basically brand new.
