Gulf Coast Auto Brokers of Sarasota is a good place to buy a good used car. That’s my experience and therefore this recommendation.
I got my BMW Z 4, 2004 Roadster 2.5i in good condition with only 88k miles, from them at a fair price.
I was initially hesitant to drive over an hour from Tampa even to see the car. But when a  motor car expert from Tampa-a friend of mine-said that Gulf Coast is good, reliable and he had bought two cars from them over the last few years, I decided to give it a try. I drove, saw it and bought it.
The sale was reliably handled by Mr. Thomas Parks. Quite patient, clearly answering in detail, my numerous questions on the phone over a couple of days without me even seeing the car. The car was exactly the same way as explained. Still explaining and patient until we examined the car left right and center. Tomas’s expertise and genuine care, keen on maintaining his reputation, was evident. He even allowed me to take the car alone-without any of their men accompanying-to a reputed car service franchise to get it examined! No gimmicks, no pressure.

I had a wonderful experience buying 2 vehicles from Basil. He is the only Salesman I have ever bought 2 cars from. He is friendly knowledgeable,  quick with all the paperwork and had me through the process in half an hour. I also had great service from Marcin, the Sales Manager. He helped me with the price I needed to stay within my budget. Patrick, the Credit Manager, was also a pleasure to work with. He was able to get me a decent interest rate in these turbulent times. Overall I am happy with my decision to buy 2 vehicles from Gulf Coast Auto . Give them a try I know you'll be glad you did!!

Harold, our salesman, was so patient and kind. He worked through our indecisiveness like a champ!  We were so indecisive because they had a vast selection of very nice, clean, low mileage cars to choose from. Since we were buying a car for our daughter, many variables had to be weighed. Marc, the finance-guy, took the wheel when our daughter showed up to help with pros and cons to each of the 3 vehicles we ultimately identified. In the end, we went home with the perfect car, and our SECOND great experience with this company. I will be a continued customer for sure !
