This bureau is an incredible example of high quality American craftsmanship. Four drawers have their original wooden knobs and are freshly lined with a modern print. Failing finish was removed from the top to let the natural mahogany shine, and was protected with polyurethane. The mirror is attached with a curious mechanism, and the glass has 99.9 % of its silvering, excellent condition for its age. The rest of the piece is in good antique condition.
