800 OBO Excellent condition. Very comfortable. Super spacious. Easy to clean and looks great. We LOVE it but unfortunately too big for our new place! High quality brand Chateuz D’Ax. Smoke free household. Measurements in Inches- Length 133. Chaise side length is 60. Other side is 87. Height is 28.5. Width of chaise is 38. See last picture for measurements! No tears or stains. The only thing wrong is some of the fabric underneath the chaise portion is torn but that is not visible at all and only a small part of the entire couch. The rest underneath is perfectly in tact.m
