1991 Chevrolet 1500

1991 k1500 350 V8 4x4 Truck runs and drives, but needs work. Picked it up years ago and have been running it for the past year. I'm being straightforward with what it needs. needs driver's side CV axle needs Drivers side brake caliper Someone attempted to steal it I assume and broke the steering column open, so has no key but can be started with a screwdriver. Have a key that can go with it that works on the door locks. Transmission shifts super smooth. Does not have cats. I did a timing chain and top end gasket kit on it but unfortunately ended up having at least one dead lifter. While it runs it is making dead lifter noise and will occasionally stumble. I have zero room to open it up again. I'd expect it to be 300-600 in parts for someone to diy and make a reliable truck. People are starting to ask a small fortune for these so could be a deal for someone capable of doing the work. High miles on OD but I suspect drive line may have been replaced at some point.
