Don’t go here. My friend bought a vehicle that had A LOT of problems. The dealer sold it that way knowing it had all those issues. When brought to their attention they said they couldn’t help. They somehow found a way to also hide the review my friend had left. It no longer comes up under reviews unless he signs into his account. Brothers, Ray and Kay emphasized they couldn’t help. Don’t be fooled they just want money. He has to now pay over $2,000 out of pocket.

UPDATE:

Initially I thought I made the right decision going to Stark. I was terribly wrong. I purchased a truck and in less than a month it gave me multiple problems. I tried taking it to them initially, they gave me the run around until I pushed to get it fixed. They supposedly fixed the first issue. I started having problems again in less than a week. I attempted taking it back and they said their mechanic was out. They never fixed my truck. They told me to call the warranty who would take care of it. I took it to a mechanic and was told the warranty wouldn’t take care of it or cover the needs. The truck has a lot of issues. I got played. They simply want your money and your signature so they can get paid. Now I’m stuck with a payment for a vehicle I have to fix out of my own pocket. Ray and Kay said they couldn’t do anything for me. Don’t get fooled by them, they will just take your money and screw you over. I now have to pay more than $2,000 to get my truck fixed and running in good condition. I would’ve never came here if I knew they wouldn’t help me out at all.

I have a friend who’s financed 3 cars from Stark so I decided to check it out. I went in to explore my options, however I did have my eyes set on a truck. K was very helpful and friendly. I was able to walk out with my truck due to K’s assistance. I recommend Stark as the employees there are professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I will be returning if I’m interested in purchasing more vehicles in the future.

I was in a situation where I needed a car and I needed an fast I i’ve been to a few other car lots and was in the area and stopped by Stark Auto and I’m glad I did. I’m on the car for three months now I was able to finance through their lenders fairly simple. They did a lot of help to make sure I got the car an worked with me an my credit I was given a warranty on the vehicle an when the ac stoped working they fixed it with no problems at all Janeth was the most helpful even when I was Purchasing the car, her boss had discounted the vehicle so I could finance it with the lender who approved which is amazing so far I highly recommend this dealership an any little issues so far they have fixed no problem an no Cousy to me an a lot of dealership are not like that most places are like it’s as as is where is sale but here they have greet me an my family hood with the car

I looked at their MKZ , Kay emailed me all the information and got me approved with a Challenge Credit , Also have 12 months or 12000 miles free Warranty !
