Alex the car salesman, was super fast into selling me this 2011 Honda & told me one price for my title and registration and end up being another process plus an extra $100 . When I missed my due date by 4 days he told me it’s 35days late when that was a lie and he couldn’t explain where he got the “new” numbers from. If you buy here don’t GO WITH ALEX. I buy my cars here everytime and the first time ran into this problem horrible service ! Bad communication ALEX !

Staff was cool and I thought I got a deal. Very unorganized and unable to get a tag for the $4,000 lemon I bought. Car has been in the shop since day 2 of purchase and the dealership refused to work with me or give me a return and refund. Would have accepted a partial refund since I had the car for 2 days prior to being in the shop. I haven’t been able to drive the car. Not the original motor in car and having to replace the motor and have transmission rebuilt. Have all paperwork from shop with statements.

I found the listing for my 2005 Honda Odyssey on facebook. It said that it was mechanically sound that the heat worked the AC worked, everything was good to go. I test drove it and noticed that it shifted a little hard going from first to second but we were in a tight spot and I needed a vehicle. The radio was not working when I test drove it they said that they would fix it. Then I noticed that the brake pedal had more air than break they said that they would fix that. Come to find out after paying the full price of the vehicle, 2 minutes down the road the radio stopped working, they decided that they were going to give me $100 to go get a new radio. And then once I took it to my mechanic both catalytic converters are bad the check engine light was on by the time I made it to the mechanic. The timing is off and there are so many other things wrong with this vehicle. I've reported them to the EPA I would not go to this car lot if you want a car that you don't have to immediately turn around and put money into because they will definitely lie to you.

And to the response no you're not sorry you told me on the phone it was my problem and you said go ahead and report us. You're not going to investigate anything. But the epa will soon

Had a great experience overall. We came looking for a car for our college daughter, and walk out with a very nice, affordable car. PK, was awesome and a joy to talk to. THANK YOU!!
