READ DESCRIPTION: Purchased at the end of 2023 for $1,995 before tax. Current price online: $1,395 before tax. We’re selling it for $200. Pick up only. The sectional has normal wear and tear consistent with regular use and is structurally in great condition. Cosmetically, there are a few areas with light pilling and thread pulls, and one spot where the fabric appears slightly stretched and thinned, which may eventually wear further with time. These issues are purely surface-level and can be easily covered with a stretch slipcover for sectionals (available online). The chaise is on the left side. It also comes with a movable ottoman, which can be placed anywhere. The ottoman is solid (no storage compartment inside). The back cushions are detachable but do not have zippers and cannot be unzipped.
