If imperfections are on the unit it there are any missing parts they will be listed in the description as well as a picture attached if damaged. With my thorough sales practices I follow a “All sales are final upon purchase.” agreement, which you accept if purchased from my store. Many of my items are under factory warranty, which will be included within the package if printed pamphlet is available. If not always double check and call manufacturer even without warranty pamphlet because many cases I’ve seen the manufacturer replace/repair after warranty, without proof of warranty, or even proof of purchase on some used models.
