you're really just buying the lens on this deal since the camera body is almost 15 years old... btw, if you've ever seen portraits displayed on the billboard on ming ave next to the home depot that never has parking spots... this elderly beast of a camera probably took them that's why they were so bad. So, if you want an autograph don't be shy just ask. Jokes aside, i charge 5 for a selfie. On a serious note, Vin Diesel once said "its not about how low you can get your iso to be, but how steady can your hands be for a lower shutter speed." Anyways, the point is, is that the camera is capable of nice shots... just have steady hands i guess.
