There is a maker's name on the bottom, but I can only make out the date: 1989. I have searched every way I can think of, and cannot find another anywhere. The face has so much character! Really a wonderful little angel. It has one very small chip, on the tip of the left wing. It is highlighted in the last photo. Yes, I will ship, USPS, buyer to pay postage.
