Hidden Treasures on the Brick Road 10003 270th St NW, Stanwood, WA 98292 Open: Fridays 1pm - 4pm & Saturdays 1pm - 6pm Length (inches): 4.50 Width (inches): 3.50 Height (inches): 5.50 Classic gray-and-cobalt German beer stein featuring the Bavarian coat of arms, two rampant lions flanking the lozengy shield and crown, framed by a diamond (lozenge) field. The body is salt-glazed, relief-molded stoneware in the traditional Westerwald palette, topped with a nicely cast pewter lid and pine-cone thumb lift. Base is stamped GERMANY with incised model marks and retains a shop label from Geschenke-Kaiser, Rindermarkt (Marienplatz), Munich, indicating authentic German retail provenance. A handsome display stein that’s also ready for use. Details Materials: Salt-glazed stoneware body; cast pewter lid, hinge, and thumb lift. Style / Theme: Traditional German Westerwald style; heraldic Bavaria (Bayern) crest, lions, diamonds. Size: Approx. 5.5 in tall x 4.5 in wide (at rim); holds roughly a half-liter (visual estimate).
