No catch just don't need it anymore. Originally bought it with my brother when I was 18 and single now 20yrs married with a family the same with my brother we find our selves sharing it every other year which makes no sense. We paid about 13k for it and is currently paid in full with 0 balance. The maintenance fees are about 650 per year which is reasonable and the week we own is week 19 which falls in may. Nice thing is you can use all the amenities year around, inground swimming pool, outside pool and park. We live in Warwick and wanted a timeshare that didn't involve expensive flights and travel so driving 45 minutes to the cape was a no brainer! If you interested let me know. Please I don't need a broker or selling agent!!!
