Called to cancel a repair warranty I purchased here. Guy asked for the VIN number and as I was about to give it to him, he asked me to text it to him and that he would "call me right back." 2 days later and not a peep. Not to mention the car I bought from here was rusted almost all the way through ultimately causing further issues needing thousands of dollars worth of mechanical repairs. No defects besides cosmetic ones were ever mentioned to me. Predatory dealership that only wants a sale looking to take advantage of the less fortunate.

Called again to follow up on the cancellation of my contract. Same guy, asked for my name and then brought up this review. Said he'll help me and then I have to take down this review. Some other guy called me asking me to take the review down too, but maybe offer good service if you don't want bad reviews. Straight up coercive and predatory behavior, but if it'll get them to help me, fine. He denied that I had ever sent him any messages, so I had to send the same message again. Asked if we can cancel it right now since there seems to be communication issues, and he told me he can't because he's in the middle of a tattoo. Why are you not available during business hours and why do I have to chase you around and force you to begrudgingly do your job? Bad ownership flat out. 1 star speaks too highly of this dealership. Beware.

Finally got my warranty cancelled over a month later after being taken for a spin. Not only did he, (Jay, the owner), try to keep half the warranty check and lie to me about the company only giving him back half, he blatantly denied any wrongdoing and shirked responsibility in the end. Tacked on fees for the whole thing with some lame excuse at the end too. You'd think after failing a customer like that, they wouldn't try to nickel and dime you almost $100 for "paperwork", but sure, as long as it's over. Don't expect any help from any of these guys after you sign those papers. Once you're done there, they're done with you. All that matters is that sale and you're nothing to them except another dollar in their pocket. Service department is no good either, so don't rely on those guys to fix the jacked up piece of work they sold you.

I seriously cannot say enough great things about this company. I  was in DESPERATE need of a car and thinking my only hope would be a buy here pay here with 120k miles and 4k down payment. Luckily I found an add on Facebook from the marketing director Alfonso for my 2016 83k basically brand new inside and out SUV. I figured it’s a long shot cause I didn’t want to put down more than $1500 since it’s Christmas time! I called we talked Ava he asked when I could come check it out, I had no way to get there so they literally came and picked me up from work lol seriously the sweetest! Then I met my salesman the young and very handsome Richard (ladies go check him out) this guy seriously was a Godsend super sweet extremely knowledgeable and helped me in every way possible. I cannot recommend he be the one who sells you the car enough! Richard and few other employees really went to bat for me with the owner cause my credit was HORRENDOUS, seriously no credit would have been better than mine. They got me out with only a slight increase that I  barely noticed to the down payment. I hung out after the paperwork was signed just hanging out and talking to everyone cause seriously have never met a cooler group of men. I cannot recommend them enough I never thought I would walk out with that car but I did and so can you! Thanks again guys!

Lazaro and Luis were amazing people that from the very beginning they help us go through the purchase of our car, even though, it was a difficult case. Very very happy!!!!! To meet these people!!!

Visited this dealership to go buy a tundra it was an older vehicle when I got to the dealership the vehicle needed more work than what the pictures had shown made a deal with the salesman and owner have text message’s proving the deal and a paperwork with the deal on it .Gave them a $4000 deposit with the vehicle that the vehicle will be repaired to what was specified in the contract after two weeks of waiting went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle.upon arrival to the dealership the vehicle was not worked on or repaired. Everything that was specified in our contract was not complete. When I brought this up to the salesman attention I was met with a lot of animosity when I asked to get my money back they would not give me my money back whatsoever. I was told that my money was gone and there’s no way they can give me my money back. They said they could roll over my money into another vehicle but when we went down that route, they were charging outrageous payments. Essentially, they told me they were keeping my money and there was nothing I could do about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not purchase a vehicle from them. They’re highly unprofessional and keep in mind when I was being respectful towards them I was met with a lot of animosity And they were very confrontational about me trying to get my money back would not purchase from them.
