I recently purchased a used 2017 Kia forte.

They gave me a really affordable price with a reasonable bi-weekly rate. I'm really happy with the customer service they provided me as well as the vehicle they provided me

I've now had the vehicle for 2 weeks and for being a used vehicle with 120,000 mi this vehicle is in Tip-Top shape running fantastic with zero issues.

They really know how to pick a car and I'm extremely happy and highly recommend this company

RUN RUN RUN!!! Guys please my greatest advice is to avoid this vendor. They have the WORSE  customer service ever. They tell so many lies. I got a car from them and it was not delivered on time after lying to me about the terms of the agreement. They will cause you sign a deal which will get you into problems. The front right and rare turn signals were broken, doorknob broken, rare bumper broken. They claimed they were not aware about any of it . All punch of lies. The sales persons and manager didn’t give a damn about services after I signed a deal with them. The car was delivered to the wrong address, paper work and keys never handed to me in person. Dropped off and left  after waiting for 4hours after the agreed time. My recommendation to everyone out here is not go this dealer for what so ever reason , it will be to your detriment.AVOID AVOID AVOID. My rating will not even be a zero but a negative value.

Stay away from this place.   They sell cars without telling salvage titles(have the text wherei asked if it was a salvage title  and he replied no ) e  and don’t disclose at sale.  There customer service sux after you pay cash for a car a month later and no title or plates and reply every 4 days with a BS story.   My lawyer is now working on a dealer fraud case against these guys.

I’m truly baffled that this company is still operating. It’s by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The salespeople seem completely uninterested in providing any real information about the cars. They sell their vehicles 'as is,' which essentially means they’re knowingly passing on cars with unresolved issues. After purchasing a car, expect it to break down within a month, and don’t count on them for any support. They charge far more than the cars are worth, and it’s clear that they have no regard for their customers. In a world where we already face enough challenges, the last thing any consumer needs is a dealership that offers nothing but disappointment. Whoever is running this company needs to make drastic improvements or shut it down entirely.

This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. I financed a car through them, and everything seemed fine—until it wasn’t. Weeks after the purchase, they contacted me claiming they needed pictures of the car for the bank. When I complied and gave them access to the car, they drove off with it! They claimed the bank sent a repossession order, but when I called the bank, they confirmed no such thing happened.

Since then, the dealership has ignored my calls and texts. To make matters worse, weeks later, I spotted my car in traffic with someone else driving it, using a different license plate registered under another name, but still attached to my insurance! The situation has been a nightmare. I’ve had to call the police, deal with mounting expenses, and now I’m even receiving toll bills for a car I haven’t had since September.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They’ve caused me financial and emotional stress, and I’m now considering legal action. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this shady business at all costs!
