Custom built loft twin bed with stairs, shelves, and night table. It is Pine finished with ebony stain and satin poly. There is room underneath for a small desk or couch, or another twin bed. I spent $400+ on materials and several days to build this. You could reassembled it in 45 minutes. Comes with all the screws needed. This is currently is disassembled and in my garage ready for pickup. The stairs/shelves piece cannot be disassembled, so you would need a pickup truck. The dimensions are approx 79x46 to fit a twin bed. It stands about 72" tall at the top of the rails. The steps section is 15x46. So the total room you need is about 94 wide by 46 deep. I am using with standard 8 foot ceilings and the space is perfect for a kid to sit up in bed but have plenty of head room for a desk or chair under the bed. NOTE: not pictured is guard rails that i later added to the stairs section to prevent falling off the side.
