13’ Boston Whaler 1963 Classic Restored

You have to see it to really appreciate it. This is the first model made by BW. Original 1963 gel coat blue deck- recently buffed and waxed looks amazing and retains that heritage look. Gleaming white hull! All the mahogany is the original vintage pieces from 1963 & totally refinished with 9 coats of marine varnish --not copies or aftermarket! -Except for the anchor hatch custom made 40 years ago with beautiful inlays- All 3 original bronze Norman pin cleats and bronze tow eyes. Own a piece of history- unsinkable legend! 2012 4stroke short shaft 25hp Mercury tiller set up. Brand new Mercury Spitfire propeller. I have wheel and cables to convert to steering . just got full service. Runs like new. only 247hrs. Boat is super solid and bone dry. Has a nice custom white rub rail, something a little different than the heavy black ones: Has never had any major repairs. Most of these that are this old have had lots of hull and deck damage, soft spots, have ugly conversions, or missing original wood, Most have older 2-stroke engines, etc -but this has been very well kept and has an excellent engine perfectly rated for this model to get it to top speed comfortably. This might be one of the cleanest, well preserved, pre 1971, blue deck 13’ers in SD. Trailer solid comes with the price . Willing to sell outboard, trailer/ boat separately.
