It's in good shape everything works does need an air conditioner I bought it as a project don't have time working too many hours I do stay in it right now very comfortable I am not hooked up to an RV campground it's next door to my house inverter does run everything except for refrigerator heater shower stove works fairly good shape for slide outs inside does need some work painting carpet etc nothing serious just needs TLC serious callers only
