Manufacturerd by Electro Harmonix in New York this vintage Deluxe Electric Mistress comes with the original wooden box, the directions insert and the blank warranty card. Aside from the slight cosmetic damage (that more than likely was caused by the harsh removal of surface oxidation) this pedal is in excellent condition. The foot switch feels and sounds brand new! You can feel and hear the click clack when you step on it. I'm pretty sure this pedal was stored and forgot about for 25 years only to be recently rediscovered by someone who no longer plays guitar
