My husband and I purchased a 2023 Denali, we had seen on our phone.  We spoke with Nico Singh, and traveled, from

PA to VA to check out the vehicle.  Nico came out to greet us instantly..he even made a comment about our pup we brought along.  We made the transaction to purchase the vehicle, there was no pushing or being aggressive on the sale.  Nico was so pleasant and friendly, we really enjoyed our conversations with him! Had them repair my 2019 GMC Sierra.  First time customer there. The service staff is personable.  They gave me a full description of my vehicles issue, gave me the "game-plan", let me use a loaner while my vehicle was being repaired and just made my experience with them great! Recently purchased a Hummer EV Truck Omega Edition from Leesburg GMC.  What I liked most was the no pressure sales, I worked with Max and John who were great!!  The experience reminded me of previous experiences at Benz.  They were able to answer all of my questions and allowed me to take the vehicle for a week to test drive and make sure my family liked it as well.  They gave me the best deal possible and beat other deals I was given from other dealerships.  John went above and beyond to make this sale happen and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Jennifer was great as well.  Going over the features of the vehicle and providing post-sales support such as tags, OnStar, etc.  She has a great personality and is a great fit for the role.  Tracie in Service has been great to work with as well.  It’s a smaller dealership and I love the family feel there, I definitely look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
