7’8” by 7’9” 2 piece sectional couch and ottoman !Coming from a house with NO kids, pets or smoking. There are two small marks on the back from previous moves. There is a small break in the couch under the middle corner but it is 100% still usable and non noticeable if the couch is against the wall- it has been this way for the last 3 years with zero issue. Come test it out if needed! Willing to sell ottoman seperate if desired!
