Description

Pioneer SX-1250 Monster Receiver. From the heyday of Japaneses electronics, this is arguably one of the best sounding and best built receivers ever made. This one was completely refurbished in 2018 by Stereo Rehab in Chicago and has been sitting on my shelf as a spare pretty much ever since. I also replaced the main filtering capacitors as one of the originals was starting to bulge. There is slight wear on both the faceplate and wood case, but I would still rate this as an 8/10 on both condition and functionality. I will also include a pair of DLK 1 1/2 speakers at no extra charge. This receiver sounds wonderful and with awesome power, will drive any speakers to their full potential. All inputs including both phono inputs work. I can demo for all interested parties. $2200.00 Firm.
