Our family realized we needed a third vehicle after my husband's truck was in the shop. After some discussions, we settled on wanting a Jeep Wrangler 4-door with a manual transmission. Since this was going to be a spare vehicle, we began searching for used cars in our area. Carstars showed up with a used 2012 Jeep. I made a call to see if it was available for a test drive, but unfortunately, it needed some work. After a month, we let it go and received a call from Saul saying they had a newer Jeep manual in and offered for us to come out. I booked an appointment, and they brought the car in from their other location. Mike greeted us, and Brian, the manager, came out to introduce himself and help with securing finance. We had a time crunch, and they accommodated us without dragging out the process or attempting to push us into a different vehicle. We are so grateful for their understanding and assistance in this process, and we can't thank them enough.

In all fairness, I used to work for The Carstars. I've seen firsthand that they're focused on customer service and are dedicated to ensuring that their customers receive the best experience, which they consistently deliver.

Our family is absolutely thrilled about our new addition, and our daughter was over the moon to find out that the top comes off! We are thrilled and feel joyful about the car, and we're eagerly looking forward to the memories we'll create with it.

They made the entire process smooth and easy, and I walked away feeling like I’d been treated exactly how I wish all vehicle sales worked. It’s rare to find a team that’s this genuine and top tier.

My husband and I had a very specific car in mind and the online inventory said this dealership had it. When I called they said it was at there location in Aberdeen but were happy to go get it for us to look at in Olympia. They had it within a few hours and were very friendly and helpful from the start.  They accomadeted us well even with our 3 kids with us. Our test drive was great and we were able to go home and discuss it more in detail with out the insane pressures of a normal dealership. (I hate dealerships because of the pressure they hassle you with). This dealership wasnt like that. They allowed us the time we needed to thoroughly think it through and test drive it off and on for the next few days. The last test drive we did was to our mechanic to ensure it was in good standing (yet again i dont trust dealerships i bought a lemon once and will never risk that again).

The car was spectacular, my mechanic walked me through all of it and said we found a winner.

I highly reccomend working with Terry at this dealership. His hassle free sales representation was solid for us. And we got an amazing deal for our car.

I have wanted a Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve edition since i unfortunately lost my 2011 Nissan Titan SL in an accident... Manny and Matt immediately got me in, and gor me rolling down the road, even thru some financing issues, i got a awesome payment, a smaller than i planned down payment and still rolling... If u see me bumpin down the road, just know i am absolutely a thrilled customer, I'll be back for my son's First vehicle as well... Just recently bought a used vehicle from the Aberdeen facility. The sales team were very polite and not pushy as some sales people can be. They made the purchasing very comfortable with a family atmosphere. Ron was our salesman and was wonderful to work with. I will definitely recommend them for your next used car purchase and plan to use them again when we are ready to upgrade vehicles again. They are a small family run business which we support.
