I love this place. I will start by saying i will keep the CarWay vinyl on my van because I am more than grateful for them. I had a horrible experience at viva dodge, my heart was broken. But Ruben and his team helped ease my worries. He took the time to explain absolutely everything more than twice due to my loss of faith in dealerships. They were so clear and had so much patience. They are super fast too. I had my plates and sticker in less than a week. I recommend them 100000000000%

Car Way Auto Center, is one of the best car dealerships that I have been to here in El Paso. I would 10/10 recommend anyone in search of a vehicle to come here.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. My family members experience was marked by misleading information, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. From the beginning, he was promised a vehicle in “excellent condition,” only to discover significant mechanical issues shortly after purchase.

Attempts to resolve the issues were met with evasiveness and empty excuses . Communication was inconsistent, and it became clear that the company was more interested in closing a sale than in providing honest service or standing behind their product.

If you value integrity, accountability, and peace of mind, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. A car is a major investment — don’t make the same mistake we did by trusting this dealership.

Don’t be misled by the five-star reviews—they appear to be written by friends or family. I lost my $3,500 down payment to this dealership without receiving a reliable vehicle in return.

The car I intended to purchase stalled on the highway shortly after I left the lot. A mechanic confirmed it needed both a new engine and transmission. When I tried to address the issue, I was met with smiles and excuses. Ruben, who claims to represent the business with integrity, showed none.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This place does not represent the values of our community—they’re not “El Paso Strong,” they’re just strong at taking advantage of people.

If I could give any advise, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. This place has the worse customer service I have ever experienced, sold my brother a car in “working condition” only to break down in him a couple of days later. They took no accountability nor did they offer anything to help. They are holding his down payment and wrote a check that bounced back. Very very unprofessional. Scammers at it’s finest. Just a fair warning to anyone that wants to purchase from here, take a mechanic and do your research because they will sell you junk and have no compassion for those who put there hard earned money into there fraudulent dealership
