Me and my boyfriend just financed our first car here and we thank Owen for his patience, support and understanding because although we came in with limited knowledge about the car buying process, Owen graciously worked with us. He explained every little detail to us about the process and was open to working with us on the prices. He gave us a variety of options according to our budget and he was very determined in making sure we were comfortable with our choice. He wasn’t just considerate on our wants, but he went as far as understanding our needs and looked into what benefited us most.

I had to contact the AZ MVD to find out why my plates and title were not done over a month after I bought my truck. Gio has not been helpful at all in getting to this answer. My permit will run out soon and the state does not see that they have transferred the title.

I finally got my license plate last week after calling and asking for Adrian over 6 times. He never called me back or would talk to me but had Angel to the dirty work. I was told to bring it to emissions but never got paid for the emissions test that the dealership needed to do. Gio told me that he would pay me the $17 and gas money to get there from Maricopa.

Update: I bought an aftermarket service-warranty contract from them for $1351 for a year's coverage. I brought in the truck because it has a transmission issue, and the shop found it has metal shavings in the transmission. Beware

Giovani was very informative and patient. He helped us explore all of our options. Stayed well after closing time to help us. They also have a great selection of vehicles. Highly recommend!
