Vintage American Lawn Mower made in the USA. It is a manual push reel lawn edger. These tools feature a T-bar wooden handle and a steel cutting wheel designed to trim turf and create clean edges along sidewalks and garden beds. Vintage condition that can't be replicated. I didn't try but, I am pretty sure you can put that tire back on the wheel. Google states this dates back to the 1930s.
