Absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment I saw the online price and reached out through a friend working at the dealership, I knew I was in for something special. I was greeted right at the car, offered refreshments like water, tea, and coffee, and immediately invited inside.
The new car specialist and Vladimir were incredibly knowledgeable, explaining every detail and feature of the car with such enthusiasm. It was a pleasure to listen to them.
They then arranged a test drive, handling all the paperwork seamlessly. The car exceeded my expectations, and they presented numerous financing options, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each.
Overall, I'd rate my experience a solid 15 out of 10. Truly exceptional service!

I’ve bought several cars of different makes from different dealers over the years, this was the best experience I’ve had. The salesman even took the time to show me all the options in the infotainment system AND helped me configure it all the way I wished. In fact, he did most of the education before he processed my paperwork for the sale. That wasn’t trying to sell the vehicle, I had already put a deposit and agreed to buy it… It was just their level of service…

I was amazed. Other dealers, in the past, left me to figure it all out on my own… Not Sunset Chevrolet.

We bought a 2025 Chevy Trax, nitro yellow metallic.  Very nice vehicle inside and out.

Service department and Lorenzo were fantastic. Sales and finance at this location are the reason we won’t come back to purchase ever again. Misleading information about warranty. It wouldn’t cover anything . The time it would cover was not explained properly. It was not covering the emergency break failure we are having, which is insane to me. After hours pickup, sales had to help us and they treated us like garbage. We walked in and at least 3 sales people were just standing around, saw us and ignored us. The one at his desk was watching videos on his phone and finally noticed us after saying hello 3 times. Then, after we paid for our service, gave us our key and sent us out to look for our car. After walking around half the building, couldn’t find it, came back in and he was no where to be found. Went to interrupt the conversation of the other sales men that couldn’t bother walking up to us, we had to walk across to them. Then, when they bring us our car, the guy puts it on a slope, keeps it in drive and then ENGAGES THE EMERGENCY BREAK!!! The emergency break not working is the whole reason we were there and he leaves it in drive with the emergency break engaged, facing downhill. What a horrible experience. Sales team clearly doesn’t care about the customer, service told us they are notorious for misrepresenting the warranty. The ONLY reason we come here is because of the free oil changes for life.

Terrance was great in helping me select a vehicle that specially match the description of what I wanted. He encouraged me not to compromise what I wanted to everyone else's needs. That was appreciated.
