This is an oversized chair and a half (2 adults can sit in it) it is down wrapped super comfy with ottoman. Originally purchased for $1680!! at Living Spaces last May. I am selling at a great price just because we have no room for it at our new house and need it gone! It’s in our garage ready to pick up! My loss your gain. No rips, no stains, excellent condition. Down wrapped cushy and super comfy!! One photo is zoomed in on the fabric so you can see the color/pattern. Chair- 61"W x 40"D x 39"H Ottoman- 52"W x 52"D x 20"H Can arrange for delivery for additional $125/hour paid directly to movers we have used. Or pick up in Laguna Niguel.
