Miller CST 280 Stick and Tig welder

Miller CST 280 welder can run off of single phase or 3 phase 220 , 230 460 or 575 power. Welder works and welds perfectly. This is a DC only machine. I have power and leads for welder to be tested with but no leads come with it.
