Description

Very small camper, the box is 12’ long. It has a dinette that converts into a double bed. We have been using an self inflating air mattress ( included) There is a bench that pulls out to make a single bed and at both ends there are cabinets that drop down to make single bunks. When it was new it did not have a bathroom or hot water. There is a single facet on the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. A three burner stove and range hood. I built a shelf for a microwave and some cabinets above and below the refrigerator. When I got it there was a dorm refrigerator and some flimsy cabinets, I installed a proper built in refrigerator (120v only) The bathroom was roughly installed but was not usable. I installed a new toilet, sink faucet and shower. I installed a tankless water heater connected to the shower only. I put a new water pump in it. I installed a roof top air conditioner that is actually oversized for the camper but keeps it icy cold in the hottest days! I put new tires on it three years ago, and a spare tire on a new rim that has never been used. Now for the problems. It is very small, you could sleep five people in it but five people in it would be very crowded. It didn’t have any cushions when we got it and still doesn’t. In all the time we had it we never setup the dinette table. There is only a gray water tank, you will need to pick up a portable tank to connect to the toilet. You can only use the hot water, the water heater draws 3000 amps and any other load will trip the campground breaker. It could use some paint touch up. It needs new lights on it, it is missing a few of the lenses. It has some dents and dings but considering it is over 50 years old it is in very good shape. My wife and I have used it for several years and have made a lot of improvements, we bought a newer project camper and it’s time it finds a new home. I would deliver at a reasonable rate
