I am selling this as my daughter has outgrown it and wants to remodel her room. Originally $2500 from Pottery Barn Kids. This style is called Madeline. It's designed to fit a twin size bed under the loft bunk, or you can leave it empty as a play space. The small desk is reversible!! You can either have it facing out so you can fit a second bed under the loft, or you can have it facing in towards the under loft area. In my pics, we have it installed so the drawer opens towards the under loft area. There are 5 dovetailed drawers on the left side. It's all perfectly functional. There are 3 very large shelves under the loft. I'm including a 6" "Cool Gel" memory foam twin mattress purchased on Amazon ($125) Some cosmetic imperfections (sticker residue and marker-which probably could be removed with more effort than I gave) Overall aesthetic good. Totally structurally solid. All drawers work!!!! This is an awesome bed with lots of life left in it. Because of the marker and sticker residue I am only asking $350 hoping for a quick sale. Located in the Silverlake/Eastmont area of Everett. Really close to Arch Bishop Murphy High School. It will be disassembled and in my garage for easy pick up.
