My husband and I spent all of Saturday morning going to dealerships who were asking for ridiculous down payments and even more ridiculous notes for a truck he needs for work. I spotted Javy auto sales on my way home after we had almost given up and I’m so glad we stopped. Felix was so nice and kind and knowledgeable about the whole process. He talked us through it and didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. He is a wonderful and professional man with an even more beautiful story about how he got to where he is today. I just want to say I would (and already have) recommended Javy auto sales. Especially Felix. My husband loves his truck and any future car purchases will be made with Javy auto sales!

update, I'm pleased with having transportation but truth is the car has problems i tried to give them a chance to fix it... it took them 3 weeks to get the part, not only that but I
took the car to get fixed and it was not ever fixed they told me to bring it back so they can see why but truth is I didn't because all that going to do is waste my time and make me mad, so not I'm saving on top of paying this car note to get the car fixed (even though i have insurance on the car that they clam will fix the car if anything happen to it) mind you i pay 125 for that service!

Carlos is Great he got me in something really nice really caring and  quick didn’t take long. He didn’t waste my time and I recommended this place to anyone who’s looking for something affordable

The process of purchasing a vehicle is not something I enjoy. Salespeople chasing you around, trying sale you anything they can get you in. I don’t like to be bothered and followed around listening to someone trying to get me to buy something just because I glanced at it. Javy Auto Sales changed my perspective on the entire process of purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I were met by Carlos who instantly made us feel welcome and not rushed by time. He let us know he was excited to meet us and to just let him know which vehicle we would be interested in. The selection of vehicles had us all over back and forth because we were blown away and couldn’t decide. Carlos never once rushed us or question us. We thought we made our minds up on a “The Truck” until my wife found “THE TRUCK” on website but not at their lot. While preparing to start paperwork on the first truck we asked about the other truck. Without hesitation, made a few phone calls and 40 minutes later it was there. 1 hour later we had all the paperwork signed and on the road. Javys Auto and Carlos have a customer for life. Thank you. One happy customer.

We bought our son a vehicle here, amazing experience, we went to so many different dealerships and this one blew all the rest out the water . Staff was very patient with us and happily answered all our questions. We will definitely be returning customers

I stopped in hoping to find a cash car. Carlos told me he could get me into pretty much anything I wanted. 2 hours later I was leaving in something I never thought I'd be able to get. Great service, very honest, and wasn't pushy at all.
