Bought this DTG printer in 2020 and used it for about 2 1/2 years. It started having some sensor issues with the white ink, and it was pretty annoying to try to fix with Ricoh Tech over the phone. I put cleaner fluid in, and it’s been off ever since.I turned it back on and realized it needs unit one replaced. If you’re tech savvy and in the T-shirt printing business, you can make this printer work no problem. Selling at a huge discount. I will include all the extra ink cartridges I have a heat press. Pick up only in Spartanburg Sc
