Rare piece of early computer history!! Vintage 1970s computer maintenance item (Part No. (contact info removed)-02) made by Storage Technology Corporation (STC… also known as StorageTek) in Louisville, Colorado. Founded in 1969, Storage Technology Corporation was an early developer of computer tape and disk data storage technology and a direct competitor with industry leader IBM during the 1970s, and 80s. This was for use on the huge computers developed by STC and is a rare piece of early computer technology I have not found listed anywhere else!! Very good overall condition with only minor wear from age and use. A few small scratches to original paint. Measures about 6.25 inches high and 3.75 inches wide. See pics for more details.
