Sofa by Smith Brothers 89” long 42”ish deep at largest point Chair 42” 42” It’s in great shape because it’s a bit too deep for us to use regularly. But has a few recent water stains I haven’t tried to get out Matching Chair and half is also very deep, has a water stain and washable marker in the side (flaws shown). Comes with blue down pillow. We’re trying to replace these because we moved to a tiny house and need something much smaller . We will not put there in storage, we will just keep them here until sold
