2007 Forest river Sandpiper

The first two pics are not mine but it’s the exact model and color, I’m not home in Palmdale I’m at my home in the valley but will take pics I started this project a while back with full intent to complete it , I wanted to fully renovate this thing but I literally have had no time to finish. I’m going to disclose as much information as possible and be as transparent as I can be. That way any potential buyer is well aware of any issues. I was selling the trailer as is it is not fully completed yet with the renovation, but somebody could complete it in their own way and have their own style to it. It is almost there and much improved from what it was. I don’t really have the time to discuss All the details in between and to answer questions so I’m going to disclose as much as I possibly know in here I really need to move it out of here before Christmas because we are actually bringing new horses into my property and it is parked in my arena so I really need to move this thing out as soon as possible. I’m hoping That we can sell this today or tomorrow. Someone will be very happy with this. It is honestly a great trailer and somebody will be blessed to have it. This RV has plenty of good attributes to it and will only improve with the right person who knows what they are doing. I’ve never felt a reconstructed anything. This was a complete project of mine that I did by myself through watching videos and through YouTube and I think I did a decent job, but I know that the few things that may have been a problem to me are not a problem at all to anybody who knows what they’re doing This is literally a adorable little place. Somebody can make their home and would be totally content with it. I attached many pictures a few side-by-side. The first group of pictures are the pictures of it now and then the last pictures are the ones from it before so you could see the difference From what it was till now. This toy hauler has plenty of room, on the right sides a bedroom with a full size bed platform that pulls up for tons of storage, and surrounded by cabinets. The bathroom attached goes through to the living quarters ( Jack and Jill style). On the other side there are two platforms that go up and down that have room for two king size beds. You can put them all the way up in the day for more room. There are plenty of storage cabinets throughout. The back door/ramp pulls down and I heard it turns to a patio area that covered by the screens so it’s enclosed but I never used that part so I don’t know how to use it. I’m sore it’s simple to figure out. The refrigerator is almost a full size, it works perfect it’s actually barely been used at all. The air conditioning works like a champ in the summer time it will be your best friend. It cools down in a matter of minutes. The stove ace oven work excellent, also barely used. It burns gas w a full gas stove. When I got it the Place was pretty trashed, I ripped the nasty flooring out and replaced it with the marble like tiles. I stripped the cabinets and sanded them down and repainted them all white. Including the walls the ceiling. I replaced the hardware, I reglazed the kitchen sink and bathroom sink along with the tub but it could probably use another coat of it. I heard that there is a built-in generator that I actually never used myself, but there is one in there. You can also use your own generator as well or you can plug it in. For power. I believe that the generator that’s built-in is solar operated. I know that there are some solar Panels I’m not sure how to use all. Any negative things about the trailer I will this year this way you can know if it’s something you were able to work with or not. The one problem for me was the plumbing in it or the tanks below because I noticed that the bathtub and the sink drain very slowly. I’m sure this is not a problem for somebody that is a plumber or knows how to fix that but I did not know how to do that myself. The shower and the sinks you work. The only issue was having it drained quickly. The heater I don’t know if it works. I have never tried using it so I just wanna be honest about that. I’ve never tried to turn the heater on. I don’t know if it would be run by a furnace or what runs it so that would be one thing so what he needs to look into. One of the windows in the living quarters has a got a golf ball sized hole. One of the neighbors kids had a slingshot and a marble went through it so that would need to be repair repaired. The front door lock would need to be replaced. It does most definitely, but it just doesn’t look like it’s the lock that came with it. It only stays closed if you’re dead bolt or else it will swing open just the proper door knob and lock needs to be put on.. The flooring towards the back by the front door would probably need to be finished if somebody would like to use the tiles that I got from Lowe’s, but I had that portion of it carpeted. Never completed it though. Come see it!!!
