This was on my property I bought a few years back finally got time to drag it out of the blackberrys it looks to be in decent shape a few spots of water damage as to be expected but overall not to bad has a lot of original items all the loved windows operate as they should nice and smooth still has the propane mounted lite above the table it has water tank stove sink and all the drawers are there as well the plug for lites has Ben chewed off and the tires hold air but wouldn’t recommend long travel without a good spare as I said in the beginning it was on the property when I bought it so no title I do have license plate and there is a tag on body I believe to be a serial number I moved from az so not up on how to file for title I can give bill of sale but I was never a reg owner of this trailer obviously this is a as is sale since I know nothing about it’s condition come take a look n see if it’s worth restoring there’s one on here for 12k n I have seen them higher price than that or maybe you have one that needs windows these are amazing how nice they operate the loved glass is pretty kool I have no time to mess with it
