Extremely professional, friendly, and helpful used car dealership, that really stands out from the rest.

My experience here was phenomenal. I'd been going around to several dealerships throughout the day, and more than a few I'd walked in and instantly got a "bad vibe." Auto Vision was different. From my first step inside, the "vibe" was clean, friendly, and clearly professional. The rest of my experience bore that out.

I was immediately helped, the car I was interested in was identified, and I was able to quickly check it out. As I said, it was towards the end of the day, but the staff was still friendly and full of energy. After I went inside and was discussing the car, I realized I had to leave for an appointment. To help me out, they offered to hold the car for me and not offer it to anyone else.

The next day, before we got back into the details, they realized I hadn't given the car a drive (because I was in a rush) and made sure I had time to do so. The environment was relaxed, and I felt no pressure. Everything was explained clearly, and the payment process was clean and easy.

We've had our car now for over a month, and we could not be happier. No issues, no problems, drives smooth and easy, and everything works exactly as it should. My mechanic later checked it out and confirmed it was in excellent condition.

One last thing before I go, that displays the friendliness and references to help. The first day I came in, I didn't have my wife because she was sick, and talked about how I'd want to make sure she'd be able to see it before I really got into conversations. Immediately, they made the generous offer to let me take it off the lot and take it home to let her check it out. While I appreciated the offer, that was when I remembered the appointment I had to go to, and left, after, again, they promised not to offer it to anyone else.

So, overall, an excellent experience in a field that doesn't have the best reputation. Auto Vision does it differently, and I really appreciate that. If I'm ever looking for a car again, I know this is the first place I'll go to.

Smooth process , Martin was great , we drove off with our new Cadillac.  This is our 2nd time coming back The whole team is amazing! 100% recommended .

My experience with Auto Vision began when I found a car I was looking for on CarGurus. I found the car and went to the dealers website and called them. Martin answered the phone and answered all the questions I had. A week later I went into the dealership and Martin greeted me with a smile, a handshake and endless compliments. Quickly got us the keys and took the car for a test drive. Soon after referred us to Ali to complete transaction. Ali was kind and funny. Went through the whole process was smooth. My biggest take away was Ali made sure the car was looked over twice before handing the keys over and he was honest and thorough with everything. Would recommend to a friend.

My beloved 2005 Expedition was totaled by a red light runner.  16 years.  I knew pretty much what I was looking for but the prices! After 2 months of looking online (no vehicle to look with) I finally found something to test drive that was somewhat reasonable.  Bella was super attentive,  friendly  and helpful.  Everyone there was great. I've only been driving my 2017 Chevy Tahoe a few days  but so far I love it.  My son and daughter in law are both coming back soon to shop for themselves.

Love the guys here at Auto Vision. They did the absolute most to make me get in to the car I wanted. Henry was a huge help to me. These guys really are the best and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but them!! Big shout out to the guys there and thank you for what you did for me!!
