Okay let me just start by saying Donald is great he worked with me because I get paid differently then most so it was odd how my income was! Secondly I got a car from them very nice you know for being used and the it needed new tires and one of the valves has gotten wet so it set the engine light on mind you I signed as is they fixed my tires and even called their mechanic to fix our problem and it wasn't anything serious just a sensor but the fact he was going to go out of his way is great thank y'all so much

Would not recommend!!! Got a van from there had it for a month and a half before the transmission went out. I called let them know and it took them 6 days to pick the van up. 3 days later I call for an update, and I’m told no bad gears but super dirty fluids. Call again today ( 6 days after last conversation) Donald stated they haven’t even started on that yet. When called out on how he told me 6 days ago it was already being looked at, he stumbled on his words and back tracked. Stating he said they only checked the fluids. To check the fluid in this specific van you have to open it up, so him saying they checked it real fast is a lie. I am now on day 15 without a vehicle and not a single ounce of progress has been made. Still have to pay for it monthly though!

Car was in pretty good over all. Almost new tires body was in great condition. Donald had decent customer service skills. Only down side is when I asked if there was anything wrong with he said no. However one of the headlights is out so I’m gonna have to pay for that. Other than that everything’s perfect so far. Donald put enough gas in it to last me a couple days. If y’all go here make sure to ask for Donald. He did pretty good handling my grandmother most people would’ve just hung up on her the amount questions she asks
