Both pieces are structurally solid and very comfortable. The leather has natural wear and patina that gives them character. A few areas could use some TLC (shown in photos): • Small tear on the arm corner • Some surface wear and scuffs on seat cushions • Minor fading/marking from use These can easily be touched up with leather repair or conditioner. $3000 or best offer!
