Today was a great day…. My son bought his first car. Melba was a great salesperson. We spoke to her the day before. Let her know exactly what he was looking for, came today to inspect and test drive , paperwork was ready just for him  to sign and go. This by far has been the easiest yet the fastest process I personally have experienced through out my years of purchased vehicles. Melba…. He is the reason i changed my rating from a 1 star to a 5 star even though my truck had issues.

I am just thankful that they own up and do their best to try to fix the vehicles especially since i have warranty.

We got off on a bad note because I've had continuous problems with my truck that i just barely got but they do resolve it.

So yes, I highly recommend World Car Center if you decide to purchase a vehicle!

Drivers on car haulers delivering vehicles to this location, be careful. We delivered a car to them, and the driver called a day in advance to inform them of his arrival. They deliberately did not prepare a check or any form of payment.

When the driver arrived, he had to wait for another hour before they handed over the money. They repeatedly told him to leave, saying they would send the payment later—but that would never have happened.

In the end, they sent the money via Zelle. Most likely, if the driver had left, they wouldn’t have paid at all. They were intentionally stalling, hoping the driver wouldn’t wait. If they had planned to pay via Zelle from the beginning, why waste time? Sending money takes only two minutes.
In the end, the driver just wasted an hour for nothing.

ATTENTION EVERYONE!! Come see Malba, Willie and Tony they will definitely take care of you at this place! Awesome cars awesome place with great environment and they will work to get you approved…. Dealer closed at 7pm and they worked with us until 9:30pm to get us rolling! Again COME TO THIS DEALER… BEST IN KISSIMMEE FL.

Super Realiable people !!! Came in just for me to purchase a car. Process was super easy and quick. I brought people with me to help me out, and they didn't complain not once. Come in and ask for Fernando ! Really made the start of my year perfect 💚
