I want to say thank you to Mosy at the National Car store. He made our experience easy and smooth. He was very nice and helpful. He greeted me before I can even walk on to their car lot good. I told him I was looking for a nice small size SUV for my aunt. He help me find the perfect one just for her. I purchased a BMW X1. Great mileage and runs and drive great. The process was quick and easy. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Thank you all for making this possible for my Aunt she was so happy. 😁

Karina , was amazing. Made the process smooth. Within hours , got an approval and within 30 mins papers signed and got my vehicle  ! Probably the best dealership experience ever.!

Karina is still great. But beware of what ur buying from these people. Store manager was contacted regarding an issue with the DEF system. I am a certified master tech … told them exactly what was needed to fix the issue. Not even 12 hours after the sale, the van stopped because of improper DEF fluid level readings. ……. Spoke to Sebastian , agreed to bring van back for repairs. Stayed with them for 2 days …. Just to see that everything is STILL THE SAME…. In fact DEF fluid spilled all over the res and top of cooling fan… 2.. seems like they tried a bypass method and left missing piece off the bank itself that’s vital to its operation.

I don’t leave bad reviews but beware of what ur buying and the people that promise to fix things. Always bring a mechanic with u to ensure a fix is fixed properly and not backyard mechanics to sell a car

This purchase experience has been the worse that I ever had. Based on the few factors, this individuals are professional liars and deceivers, they are very careful, even in the sickened of the events as they unfolded. At first, I did not notices because they were very curious and polite, but me and my husband realised that not everything was clear, we asked many questions and even Antony and master mechanic set our mind at ease by showing us with a code machine that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, however, to our surprise before we even got home, we had to stop to diagnose the car at Pep Boys, and they revealed several problems that add up to more than $3,000. They also told us that the code history had been deleted. I am not sure how legal are their actions, but I am sure that at some point the State of Florida will take their license away for what they are doing the public. DO NOT SIGN THE “NO ARBITRATION FOR” BECAUSE IF YOU DO, YOU CAN NOT SEEK LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINS THEM.

We bought a van with this company and we had it shipped out of state. Upon receiving the van we drove it and within the first few miles we knew the transmission was acting up. Put it in the shop and was told the transmission was bad. Contacted the car store and they wanted nothing to do with us. Would not call back and when we finally talked they didn’t want to do anything about it.  They said it was fine when they sent it. I will never do business with them again. I work hard for what I have and don’t appreciate how they do business.
