Description

Dark brown & in good condition (no rips or tears) with a queen mattress. Faux leather is dirty & needs to be wiped down/cleaned but EVERY spot or mark you see will easily go away with some soapy water (the top back of the couch was used as an extra windowsill with plants on it & seating area was used as a storage area so it got dirty/dusty as we never used it). It'll easily be a beautiful couch again! The reason it's free is I don't want to bother cleaning it lol. We never used the pull out bed but was in good shape when we got it from a friend who was moving. Couch was kept indoors & we do have dogs & cats, but they were never on it as it was in bonus room & had all that stuff on it. PLEASE bring at least 2 people to move it. It's outside & ready to go! *Ceiling fan is gone
