I found this separate Nucleon set to be more comfortable and convenient; as well as, more complete back protection. The jacket and pants can zip together in the back. I am 5’11” and a fit 170 lbs. I wanted comfortable but a snug fit WITH a T-shirt and pants on underneath. This size combination fit perfectly for me. With the liners and all the armor in, it fits me snug and the elastic piping at the joints provides flex. With the liners out, this fits real comfortable but still not too loose.
