Multicade two player arcade cabinet with spinner trackball ready for you to finish

Mint two player arcade game with usb trackball, USB Tornado Spinner and USB IPAC for joysticks and buttons. Cabinets and control panel bought from mameroom website cost over 1K. I put in a 24 LCD Monitor, plexi and it has a computer inside with thousands of games. I don’t know how to program mame and it doesn’t have a front end and after hours of irritation today because I’m not a computer guy I’m done messing with it. I’d like to at least recoup my $ paid for it and will trade for another arcade or pinball or will add cash for a boat or waverunners. Let me know I’m 5 minutes from the airport off I-205.
