My previous car was accepted and I was able to use it towards a down payment. The car was in great condition, as pictured. Left super content with the car, the trade in, and the experience overall! I was in the market for a SUV and during the weekend, I found this dealership was selling an Xterra that I was extremely interested in. I reached out to the seller and the seller promptly got back to me on Monday. Very communicative and straight to the point. I set up an appointment and confirmed it and was all set to go, I even got a mobile mechanic to come out Wednesday to check out the car and if it was good to go, I would have taken the car. The delay in scheduling was a bit tight but Arman was very lenient on setting up an appointment for Wednesday. Come Tuesday evening I got a message indicating that the car was sold to someone else and he was apologetic, which I can appreciate. I wasn't sure if I was the first one that showed interest, perhaps someone else did too since it was just listed during the weekend.

But the reason I'm leaving a 3 stars is the fact that I was setting up to get the car checked out and made sure it was good to go via a mechanic but the moment that someone else showed up on the lot to buy the car tells me that the business practice when it comes to a "first come, first serve" basis isn't really trustworthy. When shopping for a car, you want to build that trust between the buyer and the seller and communication was open between us. But of course, money talks so the business came first (which I don't blame him). It's all business, but building trust between customers is hard to come by nowadays and that experience of the car being sold to someone else tells me that "trust" isn't something that can be said with this dealership. But I appreciate the hospitality I was shown for the time being but I probably wouldn't be coming back here due to the unfairness I experienced.

Went to see a car there that caught my eye, it was very nice loved the color and it was practically new from the inside and best off all had very low mileage. Gave us a great deal and now this is my car. I love it!!
