WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS. They REPOED MY CAR BECAUSE THEY SAID I WAS A DAY LATE. EVEN THO A FEMALE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT WOULD GIVE ME TWO DAYS TO PAY IT. So the next day while was in my car about to leave for lunch the tow truck driver hooked my car up. I called trying paying the $282 over the phone they said no I had to come in. so i asked if i could ride with the tow truck driver she said no the car doesnt come
straight here…Then i got off the phone
n the tow truck driver said she just lied
to u. Im taking the car straight there. So, he drops me off a block away and I walk inside. I say ok i can give u the $282 right now so i can get my car back…. She said no its $899 repo fee plus 282 to get ur car back. Over $1,000 when it shouldnt have even been repoed in the first place. I wasnt going to pay that I told them they could shove it up there ass. I reported them to the FTC, BBB , attorney general, and the cops because they FORGED MY INTIALS AND SIGNATURE ON DOCUMENTS THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN. They put my red 2016 CHALLENGER BACK UP FOR SALE THE VERY NEXT DAY… Im suing them for the mulitple laws that have been broken and all the money they took from me.

If I could give 0 stars I would I purchased a 2007 Chevy Tahoe from this place they are a complete scam my truck got towed I’m not even the registered owner for the truck I’m not able to get my belongings out the truck because the vehicle is not in my name it’s in someone named Ricardo who is the previous owner who never stated to the MVD that the vehicle was sold the company the towing place did a search on the vehicle and said that Arizona motor finance is not even the registered owners or POS and that no one would be able to get the vehicle out unless their name is Ricardo who’s on the abandoned vehicle letter that was mailed to my house Even though the truck isn’t registered to me it got mailed to my house with the registered owner stating to be Ricardo…who was the previous owner of the Tahoe my truck has been in the impound for three months now and Arizona motor finance is asking me to pay $4600 for them to get my vehicle out of the impound they are charging me registration fees when I already paid for that once I purchased the vehicle they are charging me the impound fees when I called the towing company they’re giving me a whole different balance than what Arizona motor finance is giving me they are charging me towing fees which don’t apply because the vehicle is on a Reservations all fees are waived when vehicles get towed on a on a reservation They are charging me for faulty things which were mistake mistakes on their end that I have absolute no control over I’ve haven’t been able to get the vehicle out to this day and I refuse to pay $4600 to get it out because of miscommunication not switching over the title to my name as well as them lying saying that I have abandoned vehicle fees that I have to pay with the MVD when I’ve never had an abandoned vehicle fee I’ve never gotten a vehicle towed or anything like that all of this is a lie and a scam I will never purchase from them again!  And I went down to the MVD and they stated I have no outstanding balances or fees associated with my name under my ID number therefore Arizona motor finances are complete scam please save your time and money because if you ever have issues with your vehicle or if your vehicle accidentally gets towed for parking somewhere you’re not supposed to or anything you will never have luck getting it out also I don’t even wanna speak about the warranty that was all fake as well talking about I have a warranty that’s good for a month and a half for one they told me a vehicle that didn’t even have a safety horn in the steering wheel the driver seat belt didn’t buckle the radio didn’t work the sunroof stayed open it didn’t close so if it rained the whole interior of the vehicle would’ve gotten wet I know it’s messed up on my prior for not checking the vehicle thoroughly before purchasing but at the same time when you get approved you’re excited about something what are the chances of us checking for those things right but anyways guys please save your money and stay away from this place I’m going to contact an attorney because all of this was false information given as well as accusations and I am being charged unfairly to retrieve my vehicle

Mariana is seriously the BEST!!! I came in not very optimistic, but she was able to calm my nerves.. she got me approved and I am walking outta here with a 2019 Dodge Durango!!! I for sure recommend everyone to come see her

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!! We are seeking legal repercussions. My sister just purchased a car from here and the tires and rims are deemed unsafe and unfit for the vehicle. They aren’t even the proper size for the car. The second she drove off the lot the flat tire light came on and by the time she got home it was completely flat. They sold her a car with 2 cracked rims and 2 flat tires. They must have been filling them with air so they visibly looked fine. We are having a full inspection of the vehicle done to see if they are hiding anything else. They will not answer our phone calls. We will also be meeting with the local news because based off the other reviews and people we have spoken with this place is a complete scam and a joke of a business!!

Mariana did an amazing job on helping my sister get a great deal on a car. Definitely recommend come see her.
